Fallini Formaggi Srl was established in 1982 in Parma, the city worldwide known for its cheese Parmigiano Reggiano.

The successful idea of the founder Stefano Fallini is producing dried grated cheese for the food industry.Two production facilities were built; one was realized fo the production of fresh grated cheese and the other for the production of dried grated cheese.Today the company produces fresh cheese for the Italian market and fresh and dried cheese for the foreign markets.

Fallini Formaggi uses the biggest drying and mixing facility in Europe (among the largest in the world).
